Nevada paid family leave: what new parents get (2026)
Nevada does not run a paid family leave program, so bonding time with a new baby is unpaid unless your employer pays. Employers with 15 or more workers must let you use their sick or disability leave for the birth. State paid sick leave adds up to 40 paid hours a year.
